This listing is for quad matched Renesas lateral mosfet 2SK1058/J162 for power amplifier output stage. Lateral mosfets are renowned for their linearity and specialized for audio application. 2SK1058/J162 has been widely used in high end power amplifiers such as Goldmund's Telos series.
These 4 pieces are N channel matched and P channel matched respectively to 30mV or better at a drain current of over 600mA. ( Most of the application of lateral mosfets are class AB. We used a class A current for matching !
The N and P are not necessarily matched, but these lateral mosfets have good symmetry ( far better than hexhets !) so their Vgs are still close.
