Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can guide you through the process.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives defective or non-functional, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a description of the defect along with supporting photos or video. Once we verify the issue we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
