This is the bare PCB of the output stage of solid-state amplifier in a push-pull configuration.

Features :

1. The PCB is very flexible and can be used from 1 pair to 3 pairs of power transistors in parallel;

2. Either metal casing TO-3 or plastic casing TO-247 power transistors can be used with this board;

3. The board can be used for both power bipolar transistor and some popular power MOSFET like IRFP240 and IRFP9240.

4. The board contains the voltage driving stage, and a component board space reserved for inclusion of a Vbe multiplier in case users want to embed the Vbe multiplier onto the board and thermocouple to the power transistors.


This is a bare PCB that can form the output stage of a power amplifier. Two PCBs are required to form a stereo configuration.

PCB dimension : 300mm x 70mm.

PCB thickness : 2mm, 2 oz ( 75um thickness copper) deposition which is FOUR times normal process of copper thickness.

Gold plated surface.

We provide schematic ( same as the one shown on this listing) to the buyers. While component values are printed on the PCB, the values are not rigid as every output stage can have different values.
