Here is one piece of Toshiba low noise 2SJ109-V dual FET, designed for audio application. They are best to be used for differential input of audio amplifier or other applications that requires tight thermal coupling. Two matched FETs were put into one package for best matching and thermal performance. The thermal drift of 2SJ109 is much much better than two tightly matched 2SJ74( though sadly to say 2SJ74 also gone obsoleted for years).
2SJ109 has been long obsoleted for years. These are used, pull out parts and measured to guarantee to be as functional as new ones. They are genuine, of course.
